Kenneth Forester Kenneth Forester, CEO
Ken is owner and CEO of Meridian, and son of Ken Forester, Sr., founding father of today's Meridian. Ken has over forty years of experience in the aviation industry. He graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and served in the U.S. Air Force flying the F102. After the military, he later joined his father's company at Teterboro Airport. Ken honors his father's legacy by continuing to grow the company from its aircraft maintenance roots into a full-service private aviation company.
Steve Chandoha Steve Chandoha, President of Meridian Teterboro
Steve started his career with Meridian in 1988 after earning his MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He began his tenure as Flight School Manager and progressed to General Manager, Vice President and currently holds the office of President of Meridian Teterboro.
Dennis O'Connell Dennis O'Connell, President of Meridian Air Charter
Started with Meridian in 1984. Graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Background in FBO management, flight training, aviation maintenance and flight operations. Type rated in the Gulfstream II/III/IV, Cessna Citation, and currently qualified in the Gulfstream GIV. Responsible for Air Charter, Aircraft Management, and Aircraft Maintenance operations.
Emil Iannone Emil Iannone, Chief Operating Officer
Emil started flying in the mid-1980s at Teterboro before attending American Flyers Academy. After earning his CFI, he returned to Meridian as an instructor, moving up the ranks to Chief Pilot. In 1994, he was promoted to Director of Operations, overseeing Million Air Charter, when the company was part of the franchise. He is type rated in Gulfstream, Learjet and Cessna Citation. In 2000, Emil left the company to join an investment banking firm to oversee key areas its daily operations. In 2013, he rejoined Meridian as Director of Operations and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2019.
John Langschultz John Langschultz, VP of Meridian Jet Center
John has served the aviation industry for over thirty years. He has been with Meridian since 1995, when he started as the facility manager. John graduated from Teterboro School of Aeronautics and serves on the board of the local PAMA chapter at Teterboro, of which he is also a member.
Aida Libiran Aida Libiran, VP of Accounting
Aida began her career with Meridian in 1985 as bookkeeper. In 2002 she was promoted to Vice President of Accounting. Aida earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of the East (Philippines) with a major in Accounting.
Betsy Wines Betsy Wines, VP of Customer Service & Human Resources
Betsy started her career at Meridian in 1985 as a flight school dispatcher and was promoted to Customer Service manager shortly thereafter. Since then, she has risen to become the Vice President of Customer Service & Human Resources. She is currently an FBO Advisor to the CAA Board. Betsy has been recognized as the #1 CSR by the Professional Pilot PRASE survey 16 times.
Per Karlsson Per Karlsson, Director of Maintenance - Meridian Jet Center
Per has been with Meridian since 1999. Throughout his career Per has worked with a range of aircraft as an aircraft technician, lead technician, and Meridian Jet Center’s Crew Chief. He was trained and educated in Sweden, Canada, and the US. He is an experienced flight instructor.
Lou Ramm Lou Ramm, Director of Quality Assurance - Meridian Air Charter
Lou has served the aviation industry for over thirty years, his experience has included both fixed wing and rotor wing aircraft in general aviation, corporate, and charter. For ten of those years, Lou served in Army Aviation as a Crew Chief / DS Maintenance Platoon Supervisor. He currently holds FAA Inspection Authorization.
Robert Santangelo Robert Santangelo, Director of Maintenance - Meridian Air Charter
Robert’s aviation career started in 1989 during his enlistment in the US Navy performing the duties of a helicopter electrical technician. After the military, he attended the Teterboro School of Aeronautics while working as a line serviceman and technician at a local flight school. Robert joined Meridian in 1997, initially as a technician in the repair station, and then as Charter Department Lead Technician. In 2000, he assumed the role of Director of Maintenance.
