Meridian Air Charter Awarded ARG/US Platinum Rating
TETERBORO, NJ June 2, 2010 – Meridian Air Charter, a private aviation services company proudly announces it has been awarded an ARG/US Platinum rating.
“This upgraded platinum rating now gives us the industry recognition we consistently and diligently work for and deserve,” said Heather DeRegis, Meridian Flight Operations Manager, “A lot of time, effort and team work has gone into making Meridian – the line by which all others are measured!”
According to ARG/US*, the Platinum Rating is the highest level of its safety ratings and is awarded to those operators who meet the criteria for Silver and Gold, and successfully pass an ARG/US on-site safety audit. A Platinum rating requires a functioning Safety Management System, and clear and workable Emergency Response Plan, and appropriate written standards, implementation, and records for all major aspects of Operations and Maintenance within a flight department or Charter company (see https://www.aviationresearch.com/onsite_audit.asp ).
